01 · Profile

A consultant who treats every high-risk pregnancy as a problem worth solving twice: once at the bedside, and once in the data.

Dr. Oduola-Owoo leads multidisciplinary teams managing complex maternal-fetal and gynaecological cases at a tertiary centre, and heads a Reproductive Endocrinology & Fertility unit where he runs advanced ovulation-induction and fertility protocols. Across 15+ years he has performed over 4,000 major procedures, spanning emergency obstetrics to advanced gynaecological surgery, and read more than 2,000 obstetric scans.

His work extends beyond the operating room into medical innovation. He is the founder of Batlak AI Lab, a medical AI research lab building tools validated for African patients, and serves as Head of the Medical Unit for a Yale-recognised AI health startup. As a site principal investigator on national and international trials, he mentors senior residents and helps shape the evidence base for future standards of care, driven by a single mission: using data-driven innovation to reduce mortality in women's and infants' health.
